James Reithmeier- Chef de Cuisine

With a steadfast dedication to the art of pizza-making, James has ascended to his current role through hard work and dedication. His pursuit of the perfect pie led him to Italy, where he immersed himself in the traditions of Neapolitan pizza. A connoisseur of Italian cuisine, James infuses his dishes with authenticity and innovation. He has been with the team since 2017 and has evolved and progressed in his role developing many pizza, antipasti, and dessert dishes for our ever changing and seasonal menu.

Jeffrey Breslin - Floor Manager

Jeffrey is our floor manager at Pizzeria Bruciato! With roots firmly planted on Bainbridge Island, Jeffrey brings a unique energy to the team. By day, he's a dedicated fitness instructor, inspiring others to reach their health goals. At Bruciato, Jeffrey plays a crucial role, serving as an integral part of the team's training and mentoring efforts.

Kristie Kessler - Kitchen Manager

Kristie is a part of the heart behind the food as the kitchen manager! Hailing from Kitsap County, Kristie is a true local, deeply rooted in the community. Since joining Bruciato in 2019, she's climbed the culinary ladder, mastering every position along the way. But her role goes beyond the kitchen; Kristie is a mentor and work mom figure to all our employees. Her nurturing nature and wealth of experience make her an invaluable asset to the team. Whether she's crafting delicious antipasti dishes and training new employees or providing guidance and support, Kristie's dedication shines through, making Bruciato feel like home for everyone.

Casey Masiello - Bar Manager

Casey is the charismatic Bar Manager at Pizzeria Bruciato! Adored by the community and boasting a dedicated following, Casey brings East Coast vibes straight from New England, specifically the Boston area. He's not just a transplant; he's a vital part of our team, infusing our bar with his contagious energy and expertise. Casey's passion for mixology knows no bounds, as evidenced by his creation of The Jabroni our Italian-inspired lager beer in collaboration with local brewery Bainbridge Brewery, which has become our most popular draft. His wealth of knowledge extends beyond beer to cocktails, having crafted unique cocktail menus across the nation.
